Update: there is power in the basketball court; one just has to switch on the waterproof switch. Casey found what looks to be the end of an extension cord coming out under the raised floor of the Hut, under the outlets. next someone needs to crawl under and see what that cord is attached to - the outlet? Perhaps it's intended to plug into the little generator.
