- he's nice. don't worry.
- he suggests checking out the ICS training for emergency center communications. Helps if folks are on the same page.
- CMD11 has changed, casey has to reprogram radios
- How a call out works
- Ari starts it off and asks for a response from CERT/ARES
- a Call-Out schedule will be formed and sent out via... email for now.
- for CERT insurance check in and check out
- at La Honda the radio is in a cabinet, ask.
- CMD31 is the main channel, others as spun up.
- use the Message Forms - at least write things down!
- have forms in bag and phone
- remember in a real emergency keep the air open as much as possible.

- personal info - for example naming a person with a health problem - do this on the phone
