We have a todo system, based on something called Mantis.

it's not heavily used. Casey needs to write up more info.

Bill from Virginia had a to do in word or excel; that's been folded into our ToDo system.

Casey has a todo to push the to dos over into this wiki, and probably right ot this page! he better get on it.
