It started as a response to building out house pages with emergency information for each household.
Each Neighborhood Coordinator is going around with printed house pages in a notebook for their neighborhood and gathering information. Then they update the lot pages in this wiki, and print them out. See any one of the House Pages under the Map area for this stuff.
From time to time Wendy or Casey print an omnibus for the Canyon for storage in the Emergency Shed.
