key take aways:

groups constantly forgot to all for 'the walking wounded' to move themselves out

groups moved the dead. don't move the dead. just triage the dead. don't declare dead ( that's the State's job ) just determine deadness. remember it's always a potential crime scene when you have a body.

much radio confusion. Amateur operators, people with walkie talkies, ad hoc channel settings. the radio plan was the first thing to fail.

people with head injuries / shock very hard to manage. ( excellent acting )
