  • 3 or more years ago there was a local debate about CERT vrs Medical Reserve Corps ( MRC )
  • but now there is funding for the MRC ( general applause )
  • Volunteer organization of medical professionals
  • SMC Health Department is involved as well.
  • Boot up meeting later in year

  • there is now a second fiber link over the hill; somewhere along 84.
  • these may fail so remember to brush up on Packet Radio
  • HMB EOC
    • two radios ( somewhere )
    • a generator on site
    • procedural issues with access during trouble
