FEMA Emergency Operations Center training
Casey showed up, and of the 13 people who RSVP'd 1 other showed.
This training is supposed to be given, and passed, by people who would man an EOC. In our case the 'big' EOC is the SHerrif's station up in HMB.
The training providers canceled this training as there weren't enough people to make the incurred payroll costs worthwhile.
