Sept 3rd there were 2 group hikes from behind the GS camp's Mess Hall to the Butano Fire Road.
Don and Monique left at 9am, and via some route ( please edit ) made it to the top.
The 10am crew of Catherine, William, Mitchell and Casey met them as they were descending via a different route then they ascended.
The 10am crew reports that these are steep but well maintained trails. A fair amount of the ascent could be done in ATVs or stout vehicles.
