Notes on workflow: Trace butano_v1.5_cd.svg SVG-format file creating hierarchy of layers for each neighborhood's homes. Export SVG to get over all dimensions: settings are SELECTED, NO BACKGROUND. Load into wiki to see XY dimensions. Export PNG using those XYdimensions. Load PNG into http://maschek.hu/imagemap/imgmap/ and generate image map stub ensuring that you fill in the Alt tag at least. Bring stub into wiki, flesh out href. remove commentary.
later: trace, export, load the same. however switched to FireFox plugin for ImageMaps. This results in an old-school imagemap which is hand edited into wiki format. this is a faster procedure.
