−	* CaseyD has worked with the San Mateo County Firewise director and fols from RCD on our county's grant request. It looks like it's going to focus on neighborhoods on the edge of SRA's - the LRA of Belmont Heights and San Carlos' Devonshire Canyon. It's important to note that during the past year CalFire has been sending the message that 'historically there is about 1 grant per CalFire district. This has lead to a situation where both San Mateo and Santa Cruz counties share a district and have _plenty_ of areas which have laudable grant requests. CalFire folks have been using various meetings to try and get the various areas to work together.
